The Fine Print and Fancy Details

House will be fully furnished with everything your need for a comfortable stay. Fixed price for the entire 10 days of Sundance. Great for team with multiple people coming and going. Dogs welcome. We have 3 dogs that live here. We will clean before you come but folks with dog sensitivity should not stay. Non-refundable once booked. Dog door should be closed at night and all pets inside after dark. There are racoons and big cats sometimes behind the house. Plenty of street parking and room for 3 cars in driveway. Coffee Tea and Condiments provided along with all bathroom sundries. 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to Pearl St Mall.
